How quickly must orders be confirmed?
Orders must be monitored and acknowledged promptly during posted business hours. Specific standards are set out in the Supplier Agreement.
Can we pause incoming orders?
Suppliers will be able to manage availability, closures, and fulfilment settings before they become unable to process orders.
