General

General

General questions about TradeDash and how the platform works.

What is TradeDash?
TradeDash is a marketplace and delivery platform built to help customers order construction materials and products from participating suppliers. Depending on the supplier and location, orders may be available for customer pickup, supplier delivery, or TradeDash delivery.
Account & Profile

Account & Profile

Questions about accounts, profiles, login, and account settings.

Do I need an account to use TradeDash?
An account is required for features such as placing orders, viewing order history, managing account information, and accessing role-specific features for suppliers and drivers.
Ordering

Ordering

Questions about placing, managing, and updating orders.

How do I place an order on TradeDash? Featured
Browse the available products, add the items you need to your cart, select the available fulfilment option for your order, and complete checkout. Available delivery and pickup options may vary by supplier, product, and location.
Can I order products from more than one supplier?
TradeDash may allow you to add products from multiple participating suppliers to your order. Because each supplier manages its own products, inventory, locations, and fulfilment options, different parts of your order may have separate pickup or delivery arrangements.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Order changes may be limited once an order has been submitted or preparation has begun. If you need to make a change, contact TradeDash support as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made will depend on the status of the order and the products involved.
How can I check the status of my order?
Sign in to your TradeDash account and open your orders to view the latest available status for your order. Status information may include order confirmation, preparation, pickup, delivery, or completion depending on the fulfilment method.
Why did the price or availability of a product change?
Product pricing and availability are provided by participating suppliers and may change as inventory, supplier pricing, or location availability changes. The current price and availability shown during checkout are used when your order is submitted.
Delivery & Pickup

Delivery & Pickup

Questions about delivery methods, pickup options, and fulfilment.

What delivery and pickup options are available? Featured
Depending on the supplier and location, your order may be available for customer pickup, delivery by the supplier, or delivery through TradeDash. The available options will be shown during the ordering process.
What if my materials are too large for my vehicle? Featured
Some construction materials may require a larger or more suitable vehicle for safe transportation. Review any vehicle or pickup information shown with the product or order before selecting customer pickup. If the materials are not suitable for your vehicle, choose an available delivery option instead.
How do I know if TradeDash delivery is available for my order?
Available fulfilment options are shown during the ordering process. TradeDash delivery availability can depend on the supplier location, the products in the order, the delivery destination, and whether an appropriate delivery option is available.
Where do I go for customer pickup?
When customer pickup is available, your order information will identify the supplier location where the order is being prepared. Always review the pickup details for your order before travelling to the supplier.
Will I be notified when my pickup order is ready?
TradeDash will provide order status information as your order progresses. Do not travel to the supplier for pickup until your order indicates that it is ready or you have received the appropriate pickup confirmation.

Payments & Billing

Questions about payments, billing, charges, and payment methods.

When am I charged for my order?

Returns & Refunds

Questions about returns, refunds, order issues, and reimbursements.

How do I request a refund or report a problem with an order?
If there is a problem with your order, contact TradeDash support as soon as possible and provide your order information and details about the issue. Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances, the products involved, and the applicable supplier or TradeDash policies.
Suppliers

Suppliers

Questions for and about TradeDash suppliers.

How can my business become a TradeDash supplier? Featured
Businesses can apply to become a TradeDash supplier through the supplier application process. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will complete onboarding, configure your locations and fulfilment options, set up payouts, and prepare your product listings before becoming active on the platform.
What fulfilment options can suppliers offer? Featured
Depending on the supplier and location, fulfilment options can include customer pickup, supplier delivery, and collection by TradeDash for TradeDash delivery. The options available to customers depend on the settings configured for the applicable supplier location.
What happens after my supplier application is approved?
After approval, you will complete the remaining TradeDash onboarding steps. This can include confirming your business information, configuring supplier locations and fulfilment options, setting up payouts, and preparing your product listings before your supplier account becomes fully active.
Can I manage more than one store or supplier location?
Yes. TradeDash is designed to support suppliers with multiple locations. Each location can have its own address, inventory, availability, and supported fulfilment options.
How does TradeDash know what products I have available?
Suppliers manage their product listings and inventory through TradeDash. Depending on the supplier setup, product and inventory information may be entered manually or synchronized through a supported integration. Availability can also vary by supplier location.
Drivers

Drivers

Questions for and about TradeDash drivers and deliveries.

How do I become a TradeDash driver? Featured
You can apply to become a TradeDash driver through the TradeDash driver application process. Applications are reviewed before drivers are approved to accept delivery opportunities on the platform.
Do I need a specific type of vehicle to drive for TradeDash? Featured
Vehicle requirements can vary because construction materials come in many different sizes and weights. Drivers should only accept pickups and deliveries that can be transported safely and legally using their registered vehicle.
What should I do if the materials will not safely fit in my vehicle? Featured
Do not attempt to transport materials that cannot be carried safely. Use the available driver option to report that the pickup cannot be completed because of vehicle size, material size, or another safety concern so the delivery can be reassigned when appropriate.
How will I receive delivery opportunities?
Approved TradeDash drivers can receive delivery opportunities through the TradeDash driver platform when eligible work becomes available. The exact opportunities shown can depend on factors such as location, availability, vehicle suitability, and the delivery requirements.
What should I do if I cannot complete an assigned pickup?
If you cannot safely or reasonably complete a pickup, report the issue through the driver platform as soon as possible. Reasons can include vehicle problems, material size, safety concerns, supplier access issues, or other circumstances that prevent the pickup from being completed.
Products & Availability

Why is a product unavailable at one location but available at another?
